Return and Refund Policy
At Primal Alchemy, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality products. We understand, however, that there may be times when you need to return a product. If that happens, we're committed to making the process as straightforward as possible.
1.1. You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.
1.2. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you realise you would like to make a return. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
1.3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging.
1.4. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used, opened or tampered with for safety and hygiene reasons.
1.5. For crystals, the item should be undamaged and in its original condition.
1.6. Any items returned not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
2.3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.4. In case you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace it with a new item or give a full refund after receiving the defective product.
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll guide you through the process.
4.1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Primal Alchemy Ltd, 4 Anson Court Barns, Knightley, ST20 0JS, United Kingdom.
4.2. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5.1. Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
