Directions

Can be consumed by either mixing 2.5g (1tsp) of powder into filtered water / favourite beverage of choice or eaten directly off spoon, followed by a sip of fluid and swirled around mouth before swallowing. Best consumed on an empty stomach. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children.
